Can’t go wrong with kilts and psychic gifts

The pet psychics are so hot these days in (social) media that another romance & animal communication themed book has come out in August to please all the fans of love, mystery and hot men wearing kilts somewhere in the highlands of Scotland.

pet psychics and kilts romance

This is what they say about the book on Amazon (Kindle Edition):

In the vein of Jennifer Ashley’s Shifters Unbound series and Shelly Laurenston’s Pride Stories, Vonnie Davis introduces two wandering souls who discover that true love needs no words in this explosive, fantastical novel.

Somehow able to telepathically communicate with animals, Paisley Munro has found meaning in her so-called gifts by working as a veterinary assistant. But while traveling to Scotland for a relative’s funeral, Paisley fears that she really has lost her mind. Out in the highlands, she hears distinctly human thoughts coming from a wild bear. Terrified and desperate, she returns to the lodge and collapses in the powerful arms of its owner, a mysterious man with whom she shares a simmering attraction.

Creighton Matheson and his fellow shape-shifters have been roaming this land freely for centuries. Now Paisley may inherit his home, putting his kind in grave danger. His mistrust only deepens when he realizes she can read his mind. Yet he cannot deny that this tantalizing woman makes him burn with desire—and hunger for the prospect of a tender love. Now Creighton must decide which would hurt more: revealing the truth or losing Paisley forever.

Hot damn!

I read romance books as a teenager, who hasn’t?

They were (and still are)  a great escape from the crappy reality, and obviously many women still read them, because they are “an escape” — or maybe women just want to have fun. Me, I can’t blame anyone, who wants a little escape from this world every once and a while. After all, it seems to be one crazy & loveless world for many.

If a romance involves werevolves and/or vampires and animal communication, I just might check the book out.

After all, I used to read Anne Rice‘s books like a mad woman in my twenties. It was such a pleasure to read her stories of vampires & witches that I can still remember the excitement when I see the titles of her books: or listen to the music of Deep Forest… The books and this very music was an unbeatable combination for me back then and it made me purr like nothing ever since.

Eventually I just quit listening to music and began reading real life stories of pet psychics… until I realized life is magical and amazing per se… :o}

What it comes to Scotland: who doesn’t like Scotland and all of its kilts?

Do you ever wonder what they wear – or do not wear – under their kilts over there?

Use your intuition to find out. You just can’t go wrong with intuition.

Or imagination, for that matter.

Imagination is one of the greatest forces we have installed in our minds. It has no limits (knowledge is always limited!). It is the fuel for manifesting everything under the stars and the moon.

The other romance – pet psychic combo mentioned this summer was “Heart to Heart”. — Obviously not so paranormal stuff. (Have I ever told you how much I hate the word “paranormal”? Everything is normal in life… There are just things that we have forgotten… but will re-member again some day… Then we can forget the word #paranormal once and for all. The word itself is like an insult: it tries to belittle the magic of Nature, and the whole Universe.)
